Milwaukee PIPELINE was back last week with all new tools and products to unveil. See everything you might have missed here.

The third episode of Milwaukee Tool’s PIPELINE tool and product showcase premiered last week. This episode was devoted to some new upgrades to tools on Milwaukee’s M12 and M18 battery platforms and included a look at the new and improved design of their second generation cordless SAWZALL.

Here’s a quick rundown of everything of note from episode three of Milwaukee PIPELINE.

New and Improved SAWZALL

Milwaukee Tool invented the first ever reciprocating saw nearly 70 years ago and the legend of the SAWZALL was born. Since then, the iconic red power tool has gone through many different iterations and been through several major technological updates. This year, Milwaukee is releasing the next generation cordless SAWZALL on their M18 FUEL battery platform.

“We invented the reciprocating saw category, and we view ourselves as the innovation leaders for reciprocating saws,” said Steven Zbrozek, associate product manager at Milwaukee Tools. “With that position, you can never stop listening to the end users in the trades.”

The new second generation cordless M18 FUEL SAWZALL was designed entirely with trade professionals in mind. The new model is the fastest in its class, half a pound lighter than the previous generation, and built for maximum durability. Everything from the slider crank mechanism to the blade change has been upgraded to be more wear and corrosion resistant so that this SAWZALL can handle whatever pros encounter on the jobsite.

New M12 FUEL Band Saw

Milwaukee adds another band saw to their lineup with the M12 FUEL Compact Bandsaw. This new saw is as lightweight as possible without sacrificing performance so that pros can use it to make repetitive overhead cuts without getting fatigued as quickly.

“An integrated rafter hook allows for easy storage in between cuts,” said associate product manager Katy Stringfield. “To protect against drops and debris, we’ve included our jobsite armor technology to enhance the tool’s durability.”

The saw also has an integrated LED light for working in dark spaces and a variable speed trigger that allows for precise control over the tool.

Seven-in-One Pliers

These new seven-in-one pliers are an electrician’s dream come true. They’ve got wide jaws for easy grabbing and twisting. They’ve got a built-in wire crimper. There’s also a wire cutter, wire stripper, and loop maker so that you can prep wires without reaching back into your tool bag. On top of all that, these pliers can also work as bolt cutters and reamers depending on the size of the materials you’re working with.
